The Huehuetenango region in guatemala is known for producing some of the best coffees in Latin America due to its climate, altitude, water sources, and traditional varieties. This regional select program was createdto highlight these unique qualities found in the region's microclimates.
Originally chosen for a winter blend, this coffee was too good not to have stand on it's own! We suggest a simple pour over or drip coffee, but this coffee also brews well as a french press.
